Terms, Cancellations, and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial charge, depending on the rental agreement.

To cancel, contact us via email or phone. Cancellations are not considered complete until confirmed by our team.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe or in cases where the vehicle is unavailable.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method, including Stripe payments.

If payment was made in cash, a refund will be issued in the same form, or as agreed during cancellation.

Refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No-Show / Late Pickup

If you fail to pick up the vehicle without prior notice (“no-show”), the rental may be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Late pickups should be communicated to our team. Additional charges may apply if the rental period needs to be extended.

Early Returns

Returning a vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Partial refunds for early returns may be considered at our discretion and will be communicated before processing.

Deposit Refunds (If Applicable)

Security deposits collected at the time of rental are refundable after vehicle inspection.

Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the deposit as outlined in the rental agreement.
